What items can I buy?

You can buy almost anything: clothing, electronics, household items, books, toys, etc. There are some restrictions on hazardous, perishable, or legally prohibited items. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.

How do I start shopping online?

What are the current rates?

Our prices vary depending on the weight of the package. Use our rate calculator to get an exact quote. Generally, small packages (1–5 pounds) cost Q75 per pound, medium packages (5–12 pounds)) cost Q63 per pound, and large packages (13+ pounds) cost Q59 per pound.

These prices already include freight and customs clearance.

Are there any additional charges?

There are no hidden fees. The rate includes transportation, handling, and tracking.

The price you see on the calculator is an estimate of the cost to Guatemala based on the value of your purchase, the weight, and applicable taxes. Please note that the final amount may vary depending on customs regulations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. You can also pay in person at our offices in Antigua Guatemala.

Are there volume discounts?

What do I do if I don't have a credit card?

Shopping without a credit card is possible with NLP Logística:

How do I shop on SHEIN?
